Known Issues and Feedback Notes
This page records practical compatibility notes for AiToWords. It helps users decide whether a document needs a quick manual review after exporting to Word.
Monitoring
WPS and Word May Render Some Equations Differently
Most common LaTeX formulas export correctly, but WPS and Microsoft Word may display spacing or alignment differently for complex matrices, nested fractions, or uncommon symbols.
- Recommended action: open formula-heavy documents in the same editor used by the final recipient.
- Fallback: export a short section first when the source contains many advanced equations.
Expected behavior
Very Wide Tables May Need Manual Adjustment
Markdown tables with many columns can exceed the page width after conversion. AiToWords preserves table structure, but final column width depends on page size, font, and target editor.
- Recommended action: split wide comparison tables into smaller tables before export.
- For delivery documents, review table readability after opening the exported .docx file.

Long Documents Depend on Browser Memory
AiToWords runs locally in the browser, so very long documents with diagrams, formulas, and code blocks may take longer on older devices.
- Recommended action: process very long files in chapters or sections.
- If an export fails repeatedly, share the browser name, approximate word count, and content type through the contact page.
